B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D Admissions 2010-2012

Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology (IICPT), a R & D institute under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MFPI), Govt. of India has invited application from the candidates for the following regular, full time B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D courses for the Academic Year 2010-11.
Eligibility for applying to B. Tech is a Pass in +2 or equivalent examination with major subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with 50 % marks. Selection will be based on aggregrate marks and IICPT Entrance Examination marks.

candidates having B. E. / B. Tech degree (4 Years) with minimum 60 % marks in any of the following discipline like Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Post Harvest Technology and Food Technology are eligible to apply for M.Tech. Selection will be based on undergraduate marks and oral viva-voce.

Eligibility for applying to Ph.D is a four years M. E. / M. Tech professional four years degree with minimum 60 % marks in any of the following discipline like Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Post Harvest Technology and Food Technology.Selection will be based on postgraduate marks, publications and oral viva-voce.

Candidates can obtain the application forms from IICPT office from 11.05.2010 by paying Rs.500/- in cash/DD in favour of "Director, IICPT" payable at Tanjavur.

Last date for submission of Application is 07-06-10 at 5.00 pm.
