BE Admissions 2010
Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi invites applications (to be filled online) for admission in B.E.(Full Time) programs from the candidates who have appeared in AIEEE-2010 and have been declared eligible for central counseling by the CBSE.
85% of seats at the Institute are reserved for candidates belonging to Delhi Region (students passing the qualifying examination from recognized Board/ Colleges/ Institutions located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi) and 15% seats for candidates belonging to outside Delhi Region (students passing the qualifying examination from the recognized Schools/Board/Institutions located outside the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Full-time B.E. Courses are offered in the following areas:
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Instrumentation & Control Engineering
• Manufacturing Processes & Automation Engineering
• Information Technology
• Bio-Technology.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board / College / Institutes with 60% marks in PCM (50% for SC/ST, 55% for PH (Physically Challenged)/CW(Children/War Widow of Defence personnel) and should have appeared in AIEEE, 2010, and have been declared eligible for central counseling by the CBSE.
Admission Process:
A candidate has to apply "online" for counseling, the details of which are available at the site www.nsit.nic.in . It is mandatory for a candidate to deposit one time non- refundable processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (latest by 17th June, 2010), to gain access to the online registration process at any of the branches of the Andhra Bank, by using Challan form which can be downloaded from our website.
The last date for submission of online choice is 28th June,2010.
