Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar has invited application for admission to the following Distance Mode courses from candidates having eligibility as mentioned against, for the Academic Year 2011-12.

COMPUTER COURSES:
1. PGDCA / MCA 1st Year - Bachelor's degree in any discipline Or M. Sc. (Computer Sc.) / M.Sc.(Software)/M.Sc.(IT)/MIT
2. M.Sc.(Computer Science) / MCA 2nd Year (lateral entry) - Bachelor's degree in any discipline Or PGDCA/PGDCSA/PGDCS/Post B.A. or B.Sc. DCA/BIT or BIS (only those enrolled upto year 2000-01)/A level of DOEACC (After Graduation)
3. MCA 3rd Year (lateral entry)
4. MCA (5 Years integrated course after 10+2)- 10+2 or equivalent examination from Board of School Education, Haryana/CBSE or any other board recognised by Board of School Education Haryana/CBSE or 3 years Diploma from Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent from recognised board.

MANAGEMENT & RELATED COURSES:
5. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
6 . Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Graduation in any discipline
7. Master of Insurance Business (MIB) - Any Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from the recognised University or Fellow of ICSI/ ICAI / ICFAI/ICWAI.
8. Master of Commerce (M.Com.) - Any Graduate from the recognised University or Fellow of ICSI/ICAI/ICFAI/ICWAI/ Similar body.
9. PG Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) - Any Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a recognised University or Fellow of ICSI/ICFAI/ICWAI/ICAI
10. PG Diploma in Industrial Safety Management (PGDISM) - Graduate in any discipline.

MASS COMMUNICATION & RELATED COURSES:
11. B. A. (Mass Communication) - 10+2 or equivalent examination from Board of School Education, Haryana/CBSE or any other board recognised by Board of School Education Haryana/CBSE or 3 years Diploma from Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent from recognised board.
12. (i) M.A. (Mass Communication) - Graduation in any stream from any recognised university.
(ii) M.A. (Mass Communication) 2nd Year (lateral entry) - PG Diploma in Journalism, Communication Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations from a recognised University after graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
13. P G Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations (PGDA&PR) - Bachelor's degree in any discipline

OTHER COURSES:
14. P G Diploma in Environmental Management (PGDEM) - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
15. P G Diploma in Bakery Science & Tech. (PGDBST) - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
16. PG Diploma in Counselling & Behaviour Modification (PGDCBM) - Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
17. M.Sc.(Mathematics) - BA.(Hons)/B.Sc.(Hons)in Mathematics or B.A./B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the Subjects.

APPLICATION FORMS:
The Prospectus can be obtained from the Directorate of Distance Education, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar or from any study centre approved by this university on cash payment of Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/BC of Haryana) or by post on sending DD of Rs.450/- (Rs.150/- for SC/BC of Haryana) favouring Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar.

The prospectus forms can also be downloaded from the website www.gjust.ac.in . With downloaded form DD for cost of prospectus has to be attached.

Completed applications are to be dispatched to Directorate of Distance Education, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, Haryana.

Last date for submission of application with respect to courses Sr. No. 1-3, 6 & 17, above, is 31-08-2011, with a late fee of Rs.500/- upto 30-09-2011 and with a late fee of Rs.1000/- till 31-10-2011. Last date for submission of application for courses Sr. No. 4-5, 7-16, above is 31-10-2011, with late fee of Rs.500/- upto 30-11-2011 and with a late fee of Rs.1000/- upto 31-12-2011.
