How to Apply
1. Prospectus and application form are available on direct cash payment from 15.06.2011 to 13.07.2011 from STATE BANK OF INDIA, JIPMER Branch, Dhanvantri Nagar. Puducherry-6.

2. Format of the application, hall ticket can be downloaded from website www.jipmer.edu.in Filled ir application, three self-addressed stickers along with the prescribed fees as a single DD drawn in favour o the Accounts Officer, JIPMER payable at Pondicherry should be sent to The Professor (Academic) JIPMER, Dhanvantri Nagar, Puducherry - 605 006.

3. Postal request till 05.07.2011 addressed to the Professor (Academic). JIPMER, Puducherry - 605 00( enclosing two self-addressed stickers and a DD for the appropriate amounts drawn in favour of the Accounts Officer, JIPMER payable at Pondicherry.

4. Admission is based on entrance examination to be held in 4 Centers on 31.07.2011. (Delhi, Guwahati, Trivandrum and Puducherry)

COST OF THE APPLICATION FORM:
B.Sc. Courses - Rs.200/- for UR/OBC and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST (If applying for one course)
B.Sc. Courses - Rs.250/- for UR/OBC and Rs.200/- for SC/ST (If applying for two courses)

For Model Question Paper add an additional amount of Rs.50/-
