DBT SHORT-TERM TRAINING COURSE

Applications from eligible individuals are invited for a short-term training course on “Modern methods and their applications in the diagnosis of animal viral diseases” to be conducted at the Division of Virology IVRI, Mukteswar under the auspices of DBT. Gol. From June 10 to 30, 2008. The applications my be prepared as per the undermentioned format so as to reach the Course Director on or before May 21, 2008.

Cost of the training: No registration fee will be charged. The boarding & loading would be arranged at the Institute Gust House for which the participants would have to bear the expenses as per ICAR norms. TA/DA will have to be borne by the participants themselves. However, TA/DA to 25% of non-sponsored candidates form public institutions is admissible as per GoI norms.

Eligibility:
The training is open to teachers engaged in undergraduate teaching in life sciences/ biotechnology/ related areas.

The last date for receiving the application is May 21, 2008.
