SCHEDULE OF ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Last Date for Submitting Application Form : April 30, 2008
2. Date of Entrance Exam : June 01, 2008
3. Commencement of Session : July 15, 2008

Note:
Pre-admission screening is based on a written lest to be held on 01st June 2008 at the following Centres - 1. Bhopal 2. Kolkata 3. Lucknow 4.Patna 5. Ranchi 6. Jaipur 7. Noida 8. Khandwa. However, University reserves the right to modify and reduce the number of listed centers. Candidates qualifying the written test, shall be called for interview. Selection will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in the written test and personal interview.

40% of seats available in each course/programme are reserved for domicile of Madhya Pradesh. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/Woman/Physically handicapped categories as will be as per M.P. Govt. rules.

Candidates appearing in their qualifying examination may also apply but would be required to submit proof of having passed the qualifying examination latest by 31 July 2008 failing which their candidature will not be considered for admission.

Candidates may apply for appearing in the entrance test, in the following format along with two passport size photographs and DD of Rs. 350/- (for SC/ST Rs. 250/) drawn in favour of the 'Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism & Communication, Bhopal. Payable at Bhopal on address as mentioned above, so as to reach their application Latest by 30th April 2008.

Candidates can apply for any two courses but they will have to indicate their preference clearly.
