There are many schools all over the world offering hospitality courses like hotel management, catering and nutrition management, hotel reception and bookkeeping etc. and a very few offer Culinary Courses. The Academy enrolls a maximum of only 25 students per class in order to give personal attention to each student. At-Sunrise follows the work and study module where the students can work for 4 days a week and take up days of theory classes. The internship or apprenticeship is included in the academic syllabus that makes a students eligible to work while learn. This work and study module helps a students earn while studying, thereby making a student not only pay back their study loans but also feel personally and professionally confident.

For that purpose, the academy holds an annual culinary career fair called TalentMatch. As Singapore’s only culinary career fair, it employs its ‘Best Fit’ concept of matching culinary employers with industry savvy graduates. The TalentMatch is held every year on the day of graduation in June or July. While the academy helps the students to take up interviews with the best hospitality employers in the world, it depends solely on the student to get a placement.

Advanced Culinary Placement Diploma (ACP) 2 years : Fee S$40,500
Diploma in Culinary Craft and Service Excellent (DCCSE) 15 months : Fee S$ 23,000
Diploma in Pastry and Baking Arts (DIPB) 15 months: Fee S$ 23,400
Asian Culinary Arts (ACA) 2 weeks : Fee S$ 3,600
ELIGIBILITY
Be a high school graduate/ diploma holders and above
Age between 18-29 years
Possess a certificate in cooking
Be able to speak, read and write in English or possess a 5.5 score in IELTS, 500 in TOFEL or ESS Certificate level 5
Possess leadership qualities, a passion for culinary and / or pastry and baking, be artistic and disciplined.
