Applications are invited for Admission to M.Sc. (2 years) and M.Phil Degree Programmes offered in the University Departments of Anna University Chennai, for the Academic Year 2008-2009.

I. M.Sc. (2 Years) Degree Programmes
1. M.Sc. Mathematics/ Computer Science (SS)
2. M.Sc. Materials Science/ Medical Physics
3. M.Sc. Applied Chemistry
4. M.Sc. Applied Geology
5. M.Sc. Environmental Science (SS)
6. M.Sc. Electronic Media (2/3 Years) (SS)
7. M.Sc. Economics/ Financial Economics (SS)

Application forms can be obtained in the following modes

IN PERSON:
From the Examination Centre, Anna University Chennai, Chennai-600025, on payment by Demand Draft for Rs.600/- for General Category (Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu on production of a copy of Community Certificate)

PY POST:
By sending a Demand Draft for Rs.650/- (Rs.350/- for SC/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu with a copy of Community Certificate) which includes postal expenses, along with a requisition letter and a self address slip to The Director (Admissions), Anna University Chennai.

By Downloading from the Website: www.annauniv.edu/msc2008.

The filled-in-Application should be sent along with documents and DD for Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu) towards registration fee.

All Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of The Director (Admissions), Anna University Chennai, payable at Chennai and should be obtained form any Nationalised bank on or after 20.04.2008.

Completed application for M.Sc. and M.Phil. degree programmes should be sent to the Director (Admissions), Examination Centre, Anna University Chennai, Chennai-25 on or before 10.05.2008.
